Eligibility
To use Athena, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By registering for an account, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Registration & Access
- You must reach out to us in case you lose your admin access. Our support team upon verifying that you are the rightful owner of the account will help you regain the access.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your admin login credentials and any changes whatsoever made to your admin after the delivery of your cloud.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
- You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Service Description
Athena provides businesses, teams, and enterprises with a private cloud platform offering:
- Unlimited workspaces and users
- File sharing and storage solutions
- Branded dashboards and admin access
- Real-time notifications and analytics
- REST API integration
- Custom access roles and permissions
- Optional white-label functionality (Athena Chronos)
Different plan tiers are available, and specific features vary by plan.
Payment & Billing
- Athena follows a hybrid pricing model:
- Setup Fee (One-time)
- Annual Renewal Fee
- Pay-as-you-go for additional storage (if applicable)
- Payments are billed quarterly in arrears for storage usage.
- Prices exclude applicable taxes and GST.
- Non-payment may result in temporary suspension or termination of services.
Storage Usage & Limits
- Each plan comes with a set amount of included storage.
- Beyond that, usage is calculated monthly and billed quarterly.
- The system tracks storage consumption and allows administrative oversight.
- You are responsible for monitoring your usage within your account dashboard.
File Restrictions
- You may configure allowed file types per workspace.
- Athena does not permit the storage of illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- You are solely responsible for the content uploaded through your account.
Security & Data Privacy
- Athena uses industry-standard encryption and secure infrastructure.
- Workspaces and files are isolated per user and role.
- We respect your data ownership and do not access or use your files without your explicit consent, except as required to operate the Service or comply with legal obligations.

Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
- WebWorks Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or abuse of the platform.
- Upon termination, your access to all files, services, and data may be removed after a grace period unless otherwise requested.
Intellectual Property
- Athena and all content, features, and functionality are the property of WebWorks Co.
- You retain full ownership of the data and files you upload to the platform.
- Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property or software.
Third-Party Integrations
- Athena may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Amazon S3, Dropbox, etc.).
- We are not responsible for the performance or privacy policies of third-party platforms.
- You agree to abide by the terms of any integrated services you connect.
Modifications to the Service
WebWorks Co. reserves the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features temporarily or permanently.
- Update pricing with prior notice.
Revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of Athena implies acceptance.
Limitation of Liability
- Athena is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- WebWorks Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or reputation.
- In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebWorks Co., its employees, affiliates, and agents from any claim, liability, or demand arising out of:
- Your use of Athena
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mysore, Karnataka, India.
